Dalt Vita is a UNESCO World Heritage site and occupies the highest ground in Ibiza. Here you can see the Catalan Gothic cathedral, Renaissance era bastions and walls dating back to Moorish times. Ses Salines Beach and Salt Flats is protected by the World Heritage and this area is a haven for birdlife. On top of that the trips and tours available to anyone wanting to enjoy the beaches and water sports on the island are incredibly popular, as are trips across to the island of Formentera.
